Our export office is located at Slachthuisweg 135, 7556 AZ Hengelo, in the Overijssel region of the eastern Netherlands. We are open Monday to Saturday from 10:00 to 16:30, and no appointment is needed to walk in. The location is easy to reach by car from Enschede, Almelo, Oldenzaal and the wider Twente area, as well as from just across the German border near Bad Bentheim and Osnabrück.
When you visit to arrange an export, bring your vehicle registration document (part I and II) and a valid ID such as a passport or driving licence. Business customers should also bring a Chamber of Commerce (KvK) extract. If you want export license plates fitted for transport, the vehicle needs to be present; for the export document alone the car can stay at home.
Payment is possible by card or cash, and all prices include VAT with no hidden costs. Most exports — including deregistration with the RDW and issuing the export certificate — are completed within about 15 minutes of your arrival, so a single visit is usually all it takes.
