From the seller (NL)

Schedule an appointment or walk in during office hours. Bring the motorcycle with the license plate still attached, or bring the plate separately.
Hand In Documents
Submit the license plate, registration codes, vehicle registration card and mileage. The buyer provides a valid ID document.
Export Completed
You receive the proof of discharge, the buyer gets the export document. The motorcycle is deregistered from the RDW. Finished in 15 minutes.

Export Insurance for Motorcycles: Riding to the Destination
If the buyer plans to ride the motorcycle to its destination country, export insurance with an export license plate is legally required. This is a temporary liability insurance valid for 2 weeks, enabling the buyer to ride through Europe legally. If the motorcycle is transported in a van or on a trailer, only the export document is needed.

No MOT (APK) Required for Motorcycle Export
You do not need a valid MOT inspection (APK) to export your motorcycle. The vehicle does not need to be in roadworthy condition for the export document to be prepared. This means you can also export motorcycles with an expired inspection, mechanical issues or cosmetic damage. The only requirement is that the motorcycle is registered with the RDW and has a valid license plate.
This also applies to scooters and mopeds. As long as the two-wheeled vehicle is registered with the RDW, we can prepare the export documents at our office in Hengelo within 15 minutes.
